Thomas has already spent the last thirteen years on the frontlines as a wildland firefighter, and he knows what it feels like for fear to relentlessly course through his body. He personally overcame his battle with daily anxiety through blood, sweat, tears, dirt, and ash. Tom now teaches people how to tap into the ‘Hero Within’ and overcome anxiety with confidence.

With danger waiting around every corner, his fire career guided him to see the true nature of life. Thomas used what he learned on the fireline and applied it to self-help and spiritualism with the powerful intention of helping others be healthy, safe, and happy.
Thomas uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Meditation, and mindset coaching as tools for success in his practice. He studied at the Awakened Academy, Empowerment Partnership, International NLP Center, International Sports Science Association, Self-Publish School, and on the wildland fireline in the western United States.
